Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy

We want you to enjoy every order. This policy explains when you can cancel an order, how refunds are handled, how we deliver, and how to reach us.

1. Cancellations

• To cancel, contact us as soon as you can — by phone or email. If the kitchen has not started preparing your order, we cancel it free of charge and refund you in full.
• Once preparation has started, the order generally cannot be cancelled as food is made fresh to order.
• Table bookings may be cancelled or modified up to a reasonable time before the reserved slot.

2. Refunds

• If your order is cancelled before preparation, or if we are unable to fulfil it, you receive a full refund.
• If an item is missing, incorrect, or of unacceptable quality, contact us with details (and a photo where possible) and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay and typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

3. Delivery & shipping

• We deliver hot food from our kitchen at Vindhya Nagar, Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh to addresses within our serviceable radius. We do not ship outside this area, and we do not ship internationally.
• Orders are typically delivered within 45–60 minutes of confirmation. Times are indicative and can extend during peak hours, bad weather, or heavy rain.
• A delivery charge of ₹49.00 applies, waived on orders above ₹499.00. The minimum order value is ₹299.00. All charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
• If nobody is reachable at the delivery address after two call attempts, the order may be returned to the kitchen and is not refundable.

4. How to request a refund
