These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Biryani66 website and services operated by FOOD-66, a sole proprietorship of Himanshu Singh Chauhan. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is an error in pricing or availability, suspected fraud, or where delivery is not feasible to your location.

3. Pricing & payment

Payment is collected through our payment partner Razorpay. The amount charged is the order total computed and confirmed by our servers at checkout. Coupons and discounts are subject to their stated conditions and may be withdrawn at any time.

4. Delivery & table bookings

Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Table reservations are subject to availability and confirmation, and may be released if you do not arrive within a reasonable grace period.

5. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, place fraudulent orders, or infringe the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Biryani66 name, logo, menu descriptions, and imagery — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh.
